The Smith's on Spring Break

We had SOOOO much fun on Spring Break this year!! We were able to spend a few days with our precious friends in Ft. Lauderdale, and the Lord blessed us with a trip to Disney World!

South Florida was our home for over 5 years. We moved there when we'd only been married 4 months, and we didn't know a soul. During those 5 wonderful years, we were blessed with an awesome church family, jobs that we loved, the first home that we owned, and most importantly-- two beautiful little girls. Being back in South Florida for the first time since the move was so much fun! There are definitely lots of things we miss (our friends, the beach, yummy Cuban food, etc..), but we are so thankful to be raising our family in Mississippi.

We started our trip off with a few days with our friends- the Wrights. Our kids had such a fun time playing with their sweet kids! Having 6 kids under 6 in the house was definitely entertaining!! On Monday night, Crystal invited some of our friends from church over to hang out and visit. Great food and great company = great night! Then on Tuesday, we had breakfast on South Beach and then Jason went to watch the SHCS baseball game. I'm so glad he got to go, because I know he misses coaching so much. On Wednesday, we got to play at a really fun park with a splash pad, before leaving for Orlando.

Daddy and Layla enjoying Blizzards! :)

These were taken at the park in Emerald Hills. Layla kept asking everyone why they were speaking Spanish!! Ha-- it was actually Hebrew, so we got to have some interesting conversations about the Prince of Egypt. :)

Love that face!

Peek-a-boo!

Breakfast on South Beach

The water was freezing, but the girls didn't seem to mind!

Kylie eating onions at Las Vegas--we surely did miss Cuban beans and rice!

Cutie!!

After all of that fun, it was time to head to DISNEY!!!! Our sweet friends Paul and Vivian let us stay in their beautiful condo, that just happens to be practically next door to the Magic Kingdom. My sweet friend Jasmine also blessed us beyond belief by getting us park tickets from her friend who works for Disney! Here are a few pics from our time in the parks.

SOOOO excited!!

Ready to tackle DISNEY!!

Honey I Shrunk the Kids Playground = Parent's worst nightmare! Dark tunnels that have multiple exits, kids and adults everywhere, and lots of screaming. Needless to say, we only stayed about 10 minutes!

I can't remember which show this was, but it was something in 3D! :)

We had such a fun trip!!
